Additional Policies and FAQ's

Whilst Pluck'd Designs try to get the best possible colour match, colours will vary slightly for each garment, as they have been hand-dyed in small batches.

Whilst the wool has been professionally cleaned, due to the nature of the material (and sheep!) there may be small bits of hay, grass or mud in the wool. We want to reassure you that this does happen when working with natural fibres, and that the garment is clean and ready to wear!

We recommend that you handwash your garment in tepid water, rolling in a towel to remove any excess water and laying flat to dry. A de-linter or your fingers can be used to remove any lint when needed.
